Daily Words 02/05 - What you must do to be healed

Daily words 02/05 - Will you be made whole?

Text: John 5:1-9

5. And a certain man was there, which had
an infirmity thirty and eight years.

6. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that
he had been now a long time in that case,
he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?

7. The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have
no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into
the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.

8. Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
9. And immediately the man was made whole,
and took up his bed, and walked: and
on the same day was the sabbath.
Body
Jesus met a sick man at the pool of Bethesda. he had laid there for many years but could not get the cure to his sickness.
Jesus came and met him there and asked him if he would be healed.

The man never recognized that the real healer or where healing comes from (Source of healing) was the one asking, and he was all concern with who will take him to the troubling water when the angel comes to trouble it.

Today, like this man, we focus on the physical and not checking up that Jesus the source of healing is speaking to us from the Life's manual(Bible). He keeps asking "will thou be made whole?" But we keep our heart more on who will pray for us, who will give me money to buy drugs.

All these are good but that may delay your healing when the healer is right beside you.

Check through His promises from His word. He said I'm the Lord, God of all flesh, is there anything difficult for me to do? He promised to heal us and not to put Egypt sickness upon us.

Thank God that Jesus didn't mind his statement but out of His mercies ordered him to take up his bed and work. And you know what? It was a perfect miracle.

The same question is here before you today

"Will thou be made whole?" Stop looking around. Just say "yes", pick up your bed and become healed.

3John 1:2 says;

I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper
and be in good health, even as thy soul prospereth.

All we need is to have faith for the prayer of faith shall heal the sick. Most times we take prayer as the second option by running to get medication. let God heal you.

I am healed!
