After a long day, i went straight to the clinic to pick my dad home from from
work. On our way home, they was this event that got me thinking.

Along the road path in the thick dark was this lady walking beside a young man who flashed the touch light from his mobile phone, he made sure the beam of light was very much in-front of the lady since the night was very dark, my dad asked me to pullover and give them a lift.

After a few minute of drive, the young man asked me to stop since he was already close to his destination. It was then i realized the two were never together after-all.

But what amazed me was the ladies reaction after the young man left the car. A long breath of relief, asif she was chained to the sit head-down. Haaaa! adjusted herself and said this man smells so bad, did you even see what he was wearing... she went on and on telling us how the man that flashed the light for her while she was in the dark disgust her.

I noticed the man went for some job, probably to put some food on the table for his family and that was the reason he was looking a bit tattered. But seeing the irony of the whole scenario, it's just a picture of someone who after helping the other, got a stab from behind by the same person he just helped. biting the hand that fed her.

Imagine how quick she forgot to acknowledge the same man that gave her light in the dark, the same man gave her reason to keep up the long walk through the dark night, it was so dark, you know anything could have happen to her, but for the fact that someone was walking with her, ofcus she wouldn't feel so insecure.

Such is Life! Life is of faces, both the smooth and the rough face, we don't expect to take one and leave the other, we should always learn to appreciate people even when they don'e seems to be our type or in our class...
she left a very poor impression of herself as she drop off the vehicle. Obviously since they was no response from either me or my dad to what she have said, she knew she was wrong, atleast she stop talking, that was a great relief.

Let people feel a positive impact of your stay anywhere you go, even if it's just for a minute..
